• Notes: Any additional context you provide about the issue.
• Diagnosis history: Results from AI analysis are stored so you can review them later.

Shared Links

If you choose to create a shareable link for a diagnosis, the content accessible through that link may be viewed by anyone who has the link.

Please note:

• Shared links are created at your discretion.
• Anyone with the link may access the shared content without authentication.
• You are responsible for reviewing the content before sharing and ensuring it does not contain sensitive personal information.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: To analyze your photos and generate diagnoses. Your images and any extracted metadata are sent to OpenAI for processing.
• Cloud storage: To securely store your uploaded images.
• Email provider: To send authentication emails.

Data Retention

Your diagnosis history and uploaded images are retained until you delete them or close your account. Sign-in codes expire after 5 minutes. Sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity.

Your Rights

• You can delete individual diagnoses from your history
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data
• You can choose not to include location data in photos before uploading

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and rate limiting to protect your data.
